The Women’s Nike Air Max 90 LX “Denim Leopard Print” is a wild colorway of the retro performance running shoe that blends contrasting colors and materials to tell its story. Released by Nike to honor the Air Max 90’s 30-year anniversary, the “Denim Leopard Print” is certainly one of the more unique looks ever for the stately low-top shoe. Calling to mind ‘90s rave culture, a leopard pattern appears on the mudguard and lower eyelets. A washed light denim material can be found on the toe cap, mid-panel, and collar. Nike places a translucent pink Swoosh on the mid-panel for additional party-inspired flavoring. Other details include a Neon “Air Max” branding window and heel tab with black “Nike Air” detailing, a lime green leather base, and smiling floral character on the yellow translucent tongue tag. While the “Denim Leopard Print” is a progression in terms of its use of colors and materials, the model does retain its traditional clear Air unit in the heel.
